Our Barricade lights have 3 ways to be used: 1) Flashing light on, 2) flash off - Steady light on & 3) Photo cell - on at dusk off at daylight (extends battery life).  Tamper resistant bolts and installation wrench are included.  Sold in packs of 10 (10 lights, 10 bolts and 1 installation wrench).
